A learning path in Persohap is a set of short lessons. Each lesson can be generated from a topic, built from an uploaded document, suggested from a course or written by hand, and an AI human presents it on video.
Every lesson lands as a draft that a person publishes, and a multiple-choice quiz closes it, marked automatically. Paths can be assigned manually, automatically to every new hire, or from a gap found in a performance review. Progress earns XP, levels and badges.
